1. Digital Products & License Keys

  • Nature of Goods: 1PowerSoft sells strictly digital merchandise, including but not limited to software activation keys, serial numbers, and digital product licenses. No physical product, CD-ROM, or packaging will be shipped to you.
  • Product Compatibility: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that their computer system meets the minimum hardware and software requirements for the product they are purchasing.

2. Purchase and Delivery

  • Delivery Channels: Upon successful payment, your purchased keys will be immediately available in your Account Dashboard (under the “Orders” section). An automated notification email will also be sent.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. 1PowerSoft is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from user negligence.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital goods, software licenses cannot be “returned” or “wiped” once they have been viewed or exposed to the user. Therefore, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the key is displayed in your account or sent via email.
  • Faulty Keys: If a digital license key is verified to be defective or unusable upon delivery, you must contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement key or a full refund after verifying the issue.

4. Anti-Fraud and Anti-Chargeback Policy

  • Fraud Prevention: To prevent unauthorized credit card usage, we monitor all transactions. We reserve the right to delay delivery or cancel orders that flag potential fraud until further identity verification is completed.
  • Chargebacks: Maliciously opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank after successfully receiving a working digital license is considered fraud. 1PowerSoft reserves the right to terminate your account, black-list your email/IP, and report the fraud to relevant financial risk networks.

5. Fair Use and intellectual Property

  • Personal/Business Use: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the software licenses sold on our website are intended for the standard use outlined by the respective software manufacturers.
  • No Reselling: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or sub-license any activation codes purchased from 1PowerSoft to third-party marketplaces without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

1PowerSoft shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased software, or for any compatibility errors caused by the software manufacturer.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the website after changes are posted, you accept the modified terms.
